I don't have my access code, were can I find it?
Answer
You should have recieved it in an email from your director. It was also included on a postcard that we mailed you. If you don't have either of those you can ask the director or another student in your group (there is a single code for each group).

How do I find my student?
Answer
After you enter your group's access code and click the Open Your Album button You can use the search line to find your student or find them in the list and click Login on the right side of their line.

What if I have multiple students?
Answer
If you have multiple students you will need to repeat the steps to login for each one. That will make them accessible in a single viewing. When you click Choose Photo on any package there is a Select A Child button that will let you switch between students. Anything ordered for each will appear in a single shopping cart.

How do I see all of the portraits?
Answer
Click on the Order Photos button and then the Choose Photo on any package. Inside the package, click the Select A Pose to view your portraits.

What is the difference between Basic retouching and Fully retouched?

Basic Retouching:
Our Basic retouching uses AI software to clean up blemishes.
Full Retouching:
Chris takes your images to the next level with photoshop including masked levels for perfect skin tone, whiten teeth and clean up stray hairs but keeps it looking natural
